针对现阶段大管径天然气管道焊接动火置换作业存在的问题,提出了哑铃状冻芯局部冷冻封堵技术,向预冻成型的哑铃状冻芯与管道内壁之间的环形空间注入固水乳化剂,利用固水乳化剂在低温下与管道内壁的冻粘效应实现油气隔离。试验研究表明:该技术可以通过外加冷源将固水乳化剂冻透,使之与预置冻芯和管壁成为一个整体,从而有效隔离管内油气,并可承受不超过2.2MPa的压力,可操作性强,安全性高。
