患者男,45岁,主诉为右颊部硬结。在10岁时,右颊部因切伤遗留疤痕,约1年半前发现右颊部黄豆大的硬结。半年后,该部出现8根涡状毛,以后每当压迫此处就有毛和粥样物质排出。检查:右颊部可见7×10mm、境界不十分清楚的黑色隆起性皮损,中央部凹陷。而且看到在小儿时期因切伤所致的线状凹陷性疤痕与皮损相连。诊断为基底细胞上皮瘤或粉瘤,在局麻下摘除,1年后未见复发。
Male patient, 45 years old, complained of an induration of the right cheek. At the age of 10, a scar left in the right cheek due to a cut, and a large induration of soybean in the right cheek was discovered about a year and a half ago. Six months later, eight vortex hairs appeared in the Ministry, and hair and aroma-like substances were excreted each time there was pressure. Examination: A 7×10 mm right cheek shows a black bulge lesion that is not well-defined in the realm and has a depression in the center. Also, it was observed that the line-shaped depressed scars caused by the cuts were connected with the skin lesions. The diagnosis was basal cell epithelial neoplasia or aneurysm, which was removed under local anesthesia. No recurrence was observed after 1 year.
