应用昆虫激素防治松毛虫初试

为了了解昆虫激素对松毛虫防治应用前途,一九七七年选用了三种蚕用激素松毛虫进行了三次室内试验。现将初步结果整理如下: 一、试 验 方 法 试验用激素为蚕用增丝灵“515”(上海农药研究所,金坛县昆虫激素研究室),昆虫保幼激素“738”(金坛县昆虫激素研究室,上海有机化学研究所实验厂)及蚕用蜕皮激素(金坛县昆虫激素研究室,金坛县激素化工厂)三种。试验虫为林间采得的马尾松毛虫。第一、二次试验为第一代6~7令老幼虫,第三次试验为第二代6~7令老幼虫。 试验时选取发育大体一致的老幼虫每20头饲养于容积32 × 32 ×40公分的养虫笼,取可供7至10天食用的新鲜松枝插入盛水的广口瓶保湿,置养虫笼中作饲养。三种激素各稀释为四个浓度用手持喷雾器,将药液喷布于虫体及松枝,以喷湿为度,喷量约为每笼25毫升,喷后逐日观察记载死亡、结茧、化蛹、羽化情况,与对照比较观察。三种激素不同剂量对松毛虫的活性表现,观察至成虫交尾产卵为止。 In order to understand the application of insect hormones on the prevention and control of pine caterpillars, three silkworm strains of caterpillar, Dendrolimus punctatus, were selected for laboratory tests in 1977. During the experiment, the larvae with the same developmental development were selected and fed every 20 heads in a cage of 32 × 32 × 40 cm. The fresh pine branches which can be used for 7 to 10 days were filled into the water-filled wide-mouth bottles to moisten and raise the worms For keeping. The three hormones were diluted to four concentrations with a hand-held sprayer, the liquid sprayed on parasites and pine branches to spray wet degrees, spray volume of about 25 ml per cage, spray observed daily after the death, cocoon, Pupa, eclosion, compared with the control. The activity of three different hormones on Dendrolimus spp. Was observed till the adult spawn.
