2011年6月16日,由北京市教育委员会主办、北京市国际教育交流中心承办的“第八届北京国际教育博览会基础教育国际研讨会”在北京工大建国饭店成功举行。北京市教育委员会副主任罗洁、北京工业大学校长郭广生出席研讨会并致辞。教育部基础教育一司副司长王定华到会发表了重要讲话。来自英国、日本、新西兰和芬兰等国以及我国有关省市的近百名代表参加了研讨。北京市中小学校长和教育行政、教研、科研等单位的负责同志二百余人出席会议。此次研讨会的主题为“学生课业负担与学业水平”。与中外会代表围绕这一主题进行了大会主题报告、分组发言及专家点评、现场讨论和书面交流。现将此次研讨会的主要内容综述如下。
On June 16, 2011, the “International Seminar on Basic Education of the Eighth Beijing International Education Expo” hosted by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and hosted by Beijing International Education Exchange Center was held successfully at the National Gongda Jianguo Hotel in Beijing. Luo Jie, deputy director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, and Guo Guangsheng, president of Beijing University of Technology attended the seminar and delivered speeches. Wang Dinghua, deputy director of the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of Education, delivered an important speech here. Nearly 100 representatives from Britain, Japan, New Zealand and Finland and other relevant provinces and cities in our country attended the seminar. Beijing primary and secondary school principals and education administration, teaching and research, scientific research units responsible comrades more than 200 people attended the meeting. The theme of this seminar is “Students’ Academic Expenses and Academic Expenses”. Representatives from both China and foreign countries conducted keynote speeches, group speeches and expert reviews on this topic, discussed and written exchanges on the spot. Now the main contents of the seminar are summarized below.
