南京科學儀器製造廠、設計的五十三種初中物理儀器(包括最近增加的一種)巳完成了試製的工作。為了更好的發揮儀器的作用為教學服務,在定型工作中,曾先後召集了三次中學物理教師會議(部分學校的代表),對儀器的性能、結構和色彩等方面,作了比較深入細緻的討論,老師們也都能根據多年來教學工作的經驗與體會,提出了很多建設性的意見。這些儀器是吸取了先進的蘇聯的教學經驗與式樣進行設計的,因此,這些儀器都有這樣一些特點:大、色彩鮮明、清楚、結構美觀堅固、便於觀察、便於解剖等等。
