目的研究赤苷脉通注射液(CGMT)对大鼠生育力与早期胚胎发育的毒性。方法 160只SD大鼠随机均分为对照组和CGMT 75、150、300 mg·kg-1剂量组;雄鼠交配前9周至交配成功,雌鼠交配前2周至妊娠7 d分别连续于尾静脉给药,交配结束处死雄鼠,进行精子数、精子活力和精子形态学等指标检查,孕鼠于妊娠14 d时处死,记录妊娠子宫重量、黄体数和着床数等指标,观察胚胎死亡情况。结果 CGMT各剂量组各项检测指标与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论试验条件下,CGMT在300 mg·kg-1剂量下对SD大鼠的生育力和早期胚胎发育无明显毒性作用。
Objective To study the toxicity of Chidian Maitong Injection (CGMT) to fertility and early embryo development in rats. Methods 160 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and CGMT 75,150,300 mg · kg-1 dose group. Male males successfully mated before 9 weeks of mating until the mating was done between 2 weeks before gestation and 7 days of gestation. At the end of matings, males were sacrificed and sperm counts, sperm motility and sperm morphology were examined. The pregnant rats were sacrificed on the 14th day of gestation and the gestational uterus weight, corpus luteum count and implantation number were recorded. . Results There was no significant difference in each test index between CGMT groups and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Under the experimental conditions, CGMT has no obvious toxicity on the fertility and early embryo development of SD rats at the dosage of 300 mg · kg-1.
