为研究细集料特性对沥青混合料性能的影响,提出了一种测量集料内摩擦角的实验仪器。通过试验优化了桶的直径、孔径大小、桶高和桶底与仪器底座的高度,研究了内摩擦角与细集料流动时间、间隙率和砂当量的关系。研究结果表明,内摩擦角与细集料特性存在一定的关系,内摩擦角可以间接反映细集料的棱角性、砂当量值。因此,可以将内摩擦角作为一个补充性指标,用来指导抗高温的沥青混合料集料级配的设计。
In order to study the influence of the characteristics of fine aggregate on the properties of asphalt mixture, an experimental apparatus for measuring the internal friction angle of aggregate was proposed. The diameter of the barrel, the size of the hole, the height of the barrel and the height of the bottom of the barrel and the base of the instrument were optimized through experiments. The relationship between the internal friction angle and the flow time of the fine aggregate, the voidage and the sand equivalent was studied. The results show that there is a certain relationship between the internal friction angle and the properties of fine aggregates. The internal friction angle can indirectly reflect the angularity and sand equivalent value of the fine aggregate. Therefore, the internal friction angle can be used as a supplementary indicator to guide the design of high-temperature asphalt aggregate gradations.
