为自动化生产线设计一套新型锁紧机构,其具有结构简单、锁紧效率高和碰撞力小等优点。介绍了锁紧的工作原理,通过利用UG建立三维模型并运用机械动力学ADAMS仿真软件对其进行优化设计分析,得到相应的动力学曲线和最佳的参数组合。优化结果表明,锁紧机构可以顺利实现对目标体的锁紧,同时也验证了ADAMS软件可以对复杂多体机构的运动规律和动力学曲线提供精确的预测,对工程设计可以提供参考。
For the automated production line design a new type of locking mechanism, which has the advantages of simple structure, high locking efficiency and collision force. The working principle of locking is introduced. By using UG to build 3D model and using ADAMS software to optimize the design and analysis, the corresponding kinetic curves and the optimal parameter combination are obtained. The optimization results show that the locking mechanism can successfully lock the target, and also verify that the ADAMS software can provide accurate prediction of the motion rules and kinetic curves of the complex multi-body mechanism, which can provide reference for engineering design.
