建筑工程在施工过程中会受到很多因素的影响,因此具有复杂性和不确定性的特点,这种特点代表的往往也是源源不断的管理风险,会给建筑施工过程的顺利进行带来不同程度的影响。因此,在建筑施工过程中,要加强对这些风险的重视,确保工程质量。本文通过分析当今建筑工程施工项目成本风险管理的形势,提出了一些提升施工成本风险管理和控制的有效措施。
Construction projects in the construction process will be affected by many factors, it has the characteristics of complexity and uncertainty, this feature is often represented by a steady stream of management risks, will give the smooth construction of the construction process to varying degrees influences. Therefore, in the process of building construction, we should strengthen the emphasis on these risks and ensure the quality of the project. In this paper, by analyzing the situation of cost risk management in construction projects, some effective measures to enhance the management and control of construction cost risk are put forward.
