本文报告试用大剂量复方胃舒平(每次8～12片,于餐后一小时和睡前嚼碎咽下,连服8周)治疗消化性溃疡72例(胃溃疡22例,十二指肠溃疡46例,复合溃疡4例)的临床疗效。本组治愈51例,显效16例,好转3例,无效2例,有效率98%。并以随机化法与常规剂量复方胃舒平(每次2片,餐前半小时服,一日4次)治疗36例(胃溃疡10例,十二指肠溃疡24例复合溃疡2例)作为对照。结果对照组治愈6例,显效4例,好转13例,无效13例,有效率为63%。两组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。表明大剂量复方胃舒平对消化性溃疡之疗效明显优于常规剂量组。并初步认为、大剂量应用:一、能吸着和中和胃酸,降低胃内 PH 及消化酶的活性,防止组织的损伤、炎变、糜烂、出血;二、可增强胃、十二指肠粘膜上皮的保护层,阻止胃酸(H~+)的逆弥散及溶脂性直接损害;三、可抵抗胃壁细胞的胆碱能受体和阻断精神—迷走神经反射,尚能起到药物性迷走神经切断术之作用。故有益于溃疡病症状的消除和创面之愈合。同时,本文还对药物的副作用及抗复发问题作了初步探讨。

It is beneficial to the elimination of ulcer symptoms and wound healing. At the same time, this article also made a preliminary study on the side effects of drugs and anti-relapse problems.
