无线电罗盘导航信号模拟器是用于无线电罗盘测试和检修的必备仪器。结合工程实际介绍了导航信号模拟器中控制软件的开发,其中LabVIEW设计的用户界面(UI)负责处理输入数据,界面设计采用事件触发方式,实现了分层操作,使得界面简洁、布局匀称;以太网用于实现用户界面和下位机之间的数据收发,通过设计2个动态链接库(DLL)实现设计要求,一个用于建立以太网数据传输通道;另一个用于按照自定义的帧格式将用户原始数据封装成帧,利用NiosII控制W5300接收以太网数据。测试结果表明,系统预期功能全部实现,系统工作稳定、可靠。
Radio compass navigation signal simulator is required for radio compass testing and maintenance of the necessary instruments. The design of control software in navigating signal simulator is introduced in this paper. The user interface (UI) designed by LabVIEW is responsible for processing the input data. The interface design uses event trigger mode to realize the layered operation, which makes the interface simple and the layout is symmetrical. The network is used to realize the data transmission and reception between the user interface and the lower computer. The design requirements are realized by designing two dynamic link libraries (DLLs), one for establishing an Ethernet data transmission channel and the other for transmitting data in accordance with a custom frame format User raw data is encapsulated into frames, using NiosII control W5300 to receive Ethernet data. The test results show that all the expected functions of the system are realized and the system works stably and reliably.
