目的了解江苏省2010年-2011年流行性乙型脑炎流行特点及健康人群病毒抗体水平。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2010年-2011年江苏省监测的70例乙脑病例进行分析。健康人群乙脑抗体水平的测定采用蚀斑减少中和实验,选择<1岁、1岁~2岁、3岁~4岁、5岁~6岁、7岁~14岁、15岁~19岁、≥20岁共7个年龄组健康人群作为调查对象,共1410人。结果 2010年和2011年江苏省乙脑年发病率分别为0.0712/10万、0.0191/10万,其中2010年死亡率为0.0039/10万。7月-9月为流行高峰。发病主要集中在7岁以下儿童。乙脑抗体总的阳性率为65.11%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶11.64。结论江苏省乙脑发病率维持在较低水平,发病呈明显的季节性、地域性。15岁以上人群乙脑抗体水平具有保护作用。乙脑低滴度抗体水平主要集中在小年龄组,应加强儿童免疫监测。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Japanese encephalitis in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2011 and the level of virus antibody in healthy population. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze 70 JE cases monitored in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2011. In the healthy population, the level of JE antibody was determined by the plaque reduction neutralization test. The patients were selected from the group of <1 year old, 1 year old to 2 years old, 3 years old to 4 years old, 5 years old to 6 years old, 7 years old to 14 years old, 15 years old to 19 years old , ≥20 years of age, a total of seven healthy population as a survey, a total of 1410 people. Results The incidence of Japanese encephalitis in Jiangsu Province in 2010 and 2011 were 0.0712 / lakh and 0.0191 / lakh, respectively, of which, the 2010 death rate was 0.0039 / lakh. July-September is the peak of popularity. The incidence is mainly concentrated in children under 7 years of age. The total positive rate of JE antibody was 65.11%, and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1:11.64. Conclusions The incidence of Japanese encephalitis in Jiangsu Province remains at a relatively low level, and the incidence is obviously seasonal and regional. Encephalitis B virus antibody levels in people above 15 years of age have a protective effect. JE low titer antibody levels are mainly concentrated in the small age group, should strengthen children’s immune surveillance.
