针对短距离激光叠焊镀锌钢板易产生气孔、裂纹、凹坑等缺陷,采用上海团结普瑞玛激光设备有限公司提供的振镜扫描式激光焊接机,在叠焊开始阶段增加一段功率缓升曲线,在叠焊末端增加一段功率缓降曲线,通过设置起始功率、结束功率、作用距离等参数,对短距离镀锌钢板激光叠焊进行工艺试验。研究发现,起始阶段的功率爬升曲线有助于改善叠焊起始阶段焊缝余高过高及裂纹问题,末端的功率缓降曲线有助于改善叠焊凹坑过深及焊接裂纹问题。
Aiming at shortcomings such as stomatal, cracks and pits, the galvanometer steel with superposition of short-distance laser is easy to produce defects such as stomatal scanning laser welder provided by Shanghai Unity Prima Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. Curve, add a section of power slowdown curve in the end of the stack welding, by setting the starting power, the end of the power, the role of distance and other parameters, the short distance galvanized steel laser welding process test. It is found that the power climb curve in the initial stage can help to improve the excess excess weld height and crack problems in the initial welding stage. The power drop curve at the terminal end can help to improve the welding potholes too deeply and weld cracks.
