法国马赛的博迪恩发动机厂是1974年加入GEC柴油机公司的。它生产的最老型号是P15系列柴油机。其12缸的功率为750马力,转速1800转/分。1969年开始设计DF发动机,缸径115毫米冲程105毫米,转速3000转/分。DF系列有4、6和V12缸。自然进气型的连续功率为92～306制动马力。涡轮增压型也已投入试生产,12缸功率为420马力,6缸为190马力。由于DF型有较大的潜力,所以又在其基础上创制了F11系列。该系列最大连续功率已达50马力/缸。6缸6FllSR涡轮增压中冷在3000转/分时为306马力。进一步发展12缸可达750马力。
