电磁定位法是利用电磁定位器进行眼内异物定位的方法。自1943年Berman定位器问世以来,历经Roper-Hall(1957),Bron soll(1970),Sutton(1979),等人不断改进并用于临床,在眼内异物的定位与手术方面均起到重要作用。眼内异物的手术定位,目前主要靠X线定位法;由于设备限制,术中很难应用,而主要靠磁吸试验的方法,往往因不甚准确而导致手术失败。
Electromagnetic location method is the use of electromagnetic locator for intraocular foreign body positioning method. Since the advent of the Berman positioner in 1943, Rober-Hall (1957), Bron soll (1970), Sutton (1979), et al., Have been continuously improved and used clinically to play an important role in the localization and surgery of intraocular foreign bodies . Intraocular foreign body surgery positioning, mainly by X-ray positioning method; due to equipment constraints, surgery is difficult to apply, but mainly by magnetic suction test methods, often due to less accurate and lead to surgical failure.
