党的十八大开启了全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的新常态,中央对党员发展工作提出了“控制总量、优化结构、提高质量、发挥作用”的总要求,高校如何在总量调控要求下建设一支规模适度、结构合理、素质优良、纪律严明、作用突出的学生党员队伍,给高校学生党员发展工作提出了新的挑战。本文对四川省12所高校的学生党员发展工作进行了问卷调查和座谈调研,了解总量调控下高校学生党员发展工作的基本做法,剖析存在的问题和原因,提出改进的思路和建议。
The 18th CPC National Congress has opened a new normal to pushing forward the great new project of party building in an all-round way. The central government has put forward the general requirement of "controlling the total amount, optimizing the structure, improving the quality and playing a role in party members’ development. Under the requirement of total regulation and control, building a contingent of student party members with moderate scale, reasonable structure, good quality, strict discipline and outstanding functions has posed new challenges to the development of student party members in colleges and universities. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and informal discussion on the development of student party members in 12 colleges and universities in Sichuan Province. It also understands the basic practices of student party members’ development under the total regulation and control, analyzes the existing problems and reasons, and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for improvement.
