《当代戏剧》1987年第二期登载的苏育生《谈振兴秦腔指导思想上的几个问题》一文说,有一种说法,秦腔要打出潼关。只要能打出潼关,何尝不是好事。然而问题在于:如果仅仅把秦腔能否打出潼关作为奋斗目标,作为振兴秦腔的指导思想和标志,这就涉及秦腔的基本观众问题、秦腔到底为谁服务的问题。从根本上说,秦腔作为陕西的地方戏,它所赖以生存和发展的土壤,当然是陕西这块地方;喜欢和支持它的群众,无疑是三秦父老。还有一种说法:奏腔内容和形式都很陈旧,现在
