本文从小户型住宅的发展现状着手,通过小户型客户群的主要特征和有效需求两个方面对小户型房地产客户进行了分析,选定小户型的目标市场为青年细分市场和老人细分市场,针对这两个细分市场的特点我们进行了相应的功能定位、居住理念定位、产品定位和价格定位策略。
This article starts with the development status of small-sized apartment, analyzes the small-sized real estate clients through the main features and effective demand of small-sized customer base. The target market of small-sized apartment is selected as the youth market and elder market, In response to the characteristics of these two market segments, we conducted the corresponding functional positioning, living concept positioning, product positioning and price positioning strategy.
