在我国职务犯罪审判中，书面证言的大量使用剥夺了被告人对质诘问的权利。为了推进庭审实质化改革，在明确何种证据为传闻证据的前提下，探索如何在职务犯罪审判中运用传闻证据规则，有助于实现打击犯罪和保障人权之间的平衡。
