大型炼钢厂转炉高层框架系统结构体系复杂,对其进行加固设计非常困难。结合某钢厂300 t转炉高层框架系统的工程实例,对其所受荷载、结构计算体系、加固可行性、产生裂缝原因等进行分析研究,结合强弱支撑框架的判断,提出合理的结构计算模型,达到了减少加固量的目的;并对负荷下焊接时最大名义应力比进行分析,合理卸载,保证正常生产;同时针对计算结果中不同的超限情况,结合现场,提出相应的加固设计方法,取得较好的加固效果,为其他类似工程提供参考。
