生物體內含有多种元素,然而每種元素之含量則不相同,有者含量甚多,有者含量却爲極少。但其含量雖少,然亦極爲重要。由實驗之結果證明,雖某種微量之元素,當其缺乏時,亦對健康之影響至大,甚而死亡。 體內重要元素如:鈣、磷、鎂、鈉、鉀、氫、鐡、銅、鈷、碘、硫、錳、鋅,一共13種。玆首述此等元素之一般功用與學習時應注意的重點,然後再將各各元素分别討論。
The body contains a variety of elements, but the content of each element is not the same, there are many content, but the content is very little.
