目前图书馆读者满意度多采用数值描述,不能直观、形象地体现所评价图书馆存在的问题。针对这一问题,提出基于公差带的图书馆读者满意度的描述方法:将读者满意度容忍值、满意度期望值、满意度实际感知值以图形的方式体现出来;提出感知多边形和满意度期望圆、等价圆、容忍圆概念;分析感知多边形面积和等价圆半径等属性与读者总体满意度的关系。采用该方法对浙江理工大学图书馆本科生和研究生的读者满意度进行表征和分析,表明该方法可直观形象地分析差距,发现改进的重点和方向,为图书馆读者满意度描述提供一种新方法。
At present, readers’ satisfaction in the library mostly uses numerical description, which can not intuitively and vividly reflect the problems existing in the library under evaluation. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward a description method of library reader satisfaction based on tolerance band: graphically embodies readers’ tolerance tolerance, satisfaction expectation and satisfaction perception value; proposes perceived polygons and satisfaction expectation circles , Equivalence circle, conception of circle of tolerance; analysis of the relationship between attributes such as perceived polygon area and equivalent circle radius and reader’s overall satisfaction. This method is used to characterize and analyze the readership satisfaction of undergraduates and graduate students in the Library of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. It shows that the method can visually analyze the differences and find the focus and direction for the improvement, providing a new method for the readers’ satisfaction description method.
