本试验是在海南省海口市郊的一座水库利用美国大豆协会的小体积高密度网箱养殖模式和豆粕型饲料所进行的红罗非鱼从鱼种至成鱼的养殖示范试验。试验在3个1米3的网箱中进行,罗非鱼的放养密度为400尾/米3,在101天内罗非鱼从78克长到了650克。试验所用饲料为蛋白质32%的全植物性蛋白源豆粕饲料,平均饲料系数为1.33。3个试验网箱中红罗非鱼养殖的平均毛产量为256千克/米3,平均成活率99%。从3个试验网箱收获的罗非鱼具有规格整齐、体型好等优点。美国大豆协会与全国水产技术推广总站,北京市水产技术推广站及其位于海南省海口的育种场合作开展了为期4个月的红罗非鱼网箱示范养殖试验。目的是示范利用美国大豆协会小体积高密度网箱养殖技术及其32/6豆粕型饲料养殖红罗非鱼从鱼种至商品规格的生长表现和经济效益。一、材料与方法本试验在位于海南省海口市的海南水产育种场的3口1米3网箱内进行。试验网箱放置在海南育种场附近的一座水源型水库中。网箱由尼龙网衣和一个坚固的网箱框架构成,并具一不透明的箱盖,与美国大豆协会的“小体积高密度网箱鱼类养殖的原理和实践”一书中描述的网箱结构一致。网箱制作成有浮性饲料投喂装置的样式。并被布置成一字型排列,相邻网箱之间至少保留一个网箱宽度的间隙。放养鱼类为规格78克/尾的红罗非鱼,由海南育种场生产。红罗非鱼在3口试验网箱中的放养密度为400尾/米3。所有鱼在放养时的大小、年龄和品种一致。目标商品规格是500克/尾。
This experiment was conducted in a reservoir in the outskirts of Haikou, Hainan Province using the small-volume, high-density cage culture model of the American Soybean Association and the demonstration experiment on the cultivation of red tilapia from species to adult fish by soybean meal-type feed. The trials were conducted in three 1-meter-3 cages with a tilapia stocking density of 400 / m 3 and tilapia growing from 78 g to 650 g in 101 days. The feed used in the experiment was 32% protein-based whole plant protein source soybean meal feed with an average feed coefficient of 1.33.3. The average gross yield of red tilapia farming in cages was 256 kg / m3 with an average survival rate of 99%. Tilapia harvested from three experimental cages have the advantages of tidy specifications and good body shape. The Soybean Association conducted a 4-month demonstration experiment on cages for red tilapia in collaboration with the National Aquatic Technology Extension Station and Beijing Aquatic Technology Extension Station and its breeding farm in Haikou, Hainan Province. The purpose is to demonstrate the growth performance and economic benefits of using the small size, high-density cage culture technology of the American Soybean Association and its 32/6 soybean meal-type feed to grow red tilapia from fingerling to commodity specifications. I. Materials and Methods The experiment was conducted in 3 1m3 cages at Hainan Fisheries Breeding Farm in Haikou, Hainan Province. The test cage is placed in a water-source reservoir near the breeding farm in Hainan. Cages are constructed of nylon mesh and a sturdy cage frame with an opaque lid as described in the Soybean Association’s “Principles and Practice of Small-Volume, High-Density Cage Fish Farming” Consistent cage structure. Cages made into a floating feed feeding device style. And arranged in an inline arrangement with at least one clearance of the width of the cages remaining between adjacent cages. Stocked fish are standard tilapia at a rate of 78g / tail, produced by Hainan Breeding Farm. The stocking density of red tilapia in the 3-test cages was 400 / m 3. All fish are stocked at the same size, age and variety. The target product specification is 500g / tail.
