目的：探讨关节镜下克氏针内固定治疗髁间棘骨折的手术方法以及治疗效果。方法通过对我院21例骨髁间棘骨折患者进行关节镜下复位及内固定手术。术后并进行康复指导辅助康复。结果术后4w在康复指导的帮助下21例患者膝关节功能恢复到了96%弯曲程度可以达到90。12w后膝关节功能基本恢复了正常。结论关节镜下克氏针内固定治疗髁间棘骨折不仅手术简单，而且恢复效果也相当的显著，值得医学推广。“,”Objective The needle was under arthroscopy between spine internal fixation treatment of condyle fracture of surgical methods and therapeutic ef ect.
