介绍了史密斯──帕塞尔效应慢波自由电子激光(S-PFEL)用三镜准光学谐振腔系统;利用光学谐振腔衍射理论,采用面对称近似又坐标旋转的方法建立模型,对胜场特性进行分析,给出工作方程,完成数值模拟,并在毫米波段进行冷测实验。分析及实验结果表明,给出的方法可用来有效、快捷的分析和设计面对称三镜准光学谐振腔系统。设计的模型已成功用于S-PFEL实验。
This paper introduces the three-mirror quasi-optical resonator system for the Smith-Passar effect slow-wave free-electron laser (S-PFEL). By using the theory of optical resonator diffraction and the method of plane-symmetry approximation and coordinate rotation, Field characteristics analysis, given the working equation, the completion of numerical simulation, and cold test in millimeter-wave band. The analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method can be used to effectively and quickly analyze and design the face-symmetric three-mirror quasi-optical resonator system. The designed model has been successfully used in S-PFEL experiments.
