目的:改进羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液置换度的测定方法。方法:使用Agilent DB-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),检测器:氢火焰离子化检测器,柱温:程序升温,进样口250℃,检测器280℃,载气:N_2,流速.2.0 ml·min~1,分流比:1:30。结果:碘乙烷浓度在9.490 4~47.452 0 g·L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为101.8%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)。结论:本方法可用于羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液置换度快速分析。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the determination of the replacement degree of 200 / 0.5 sodium chloride injection of hydroxyethyl starch. Methods: An Agilent DB-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) was used. The detector was equipped with a flame ionization detector. The column temperature was programmed with an inlet of 250 ° C and a detector of 280 ° C. The carrier gas : N_2, flow rate 2.0 ml · min ~ 1, split ratio: 1:30. Results: The linearity of iodoethane ranged from 9.490 4 to 47.452 0 g · L -1 with r = 0.999 7 and the average recovery was 101.8% (RSD = 1.5%, n = 9). Conclusion: This method can be used for rapid analysis of the replacement degree of 200 / 0.5 sodium chloride injection of hydroxyethyl starch.
