近年来,中原经济区建设开创新局面,取得前所未有的成绩。区位优势愈发凸显,农业优势日渐呈现,综合资源更加丰富。但是,新形势和新任务对中原经济产业结构提出了更高要求。因此,必须强化基础设施建设,增强中原经济区区位优势;建立现代农业体系,确保国家粮食供应和安全;加快发展服务业,充分发挥其支撑带动作用。
In recent years, the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has created a new situation and made unprecedented achievements. Regional advantages have become increasingly prominent, growing advantages of agriculture, more comprehensive resources. However, the new situation and new tasks have set higher demands on the economic and industrial structure of the Central Plains. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen infrastructure construction, enhance the regional advantages in the Central Plains Economic Zone, establish a modern agricultural system to ensure the supply of food and security for the country, accelerate the development of the service industry and give full play to its supporting and driving role.
