为满足亚太区对涂层和胶粘剂原材料的需求,拜耳材料科技在拜耳上海一体化基地的HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)工厂破土开建。新工厂年产5万t HDI,预计于2016年竣工。届时,拜耳上海一体化基地将成为其全球最大HDI生产基地之一。拜耳在上海已经建立了一座3万t的HDI工厂,并于2013年进行了扩产。此次新建HDI工厂,提高了拜耳HDI生产能力,帮助公司有弹性地向该区域和全球市场供应原材料。新工厂采用气相工艺技术,比常规的工艺所需的能源和溶剂要少。
To meet Asia Pacific’s demand for coating and adhesive raw materials, Bayer MaterialScience broke ground at the HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) plant at Bayer Shanghai’s integration site. The new plant has an annual output of 50,000 t HDI and is expected to be completed in 2016. By then, Bayer Shanghai integration base will become one of the world’s largest HDI production base. Bayer has already set up a 30000 t HDI plant in Shanghai and expanded in 2013. The new HDI plant will increase Bayer’s HDI production capacity and help companies flexibly supply raw materials to the region and the global market. The new plant uses gas phase technology, which requires less energy and solvent than conventional processes.
