信息战是一种全新的战争形态或样式,是信息和信息技术在战争中广泛应用的结果。对其概念的解释目前还不尽相同,但大同小异,有一种观点认为;信息战是高技术战场环境中,敌对双方为争夺信息的获取权、控制权和使用权,使用信息技术手段、装备或系统实施的作战行动。本文对信息战的由来与概念、作用与影响和应用与发展三个方面作了简要的介绍。
Information warfare is a completely new form or style of war and is the result of widespread application of information and information technology in the war. The explanation of its concepts is not the same at present, but the similarities and differences have the view that information warfare is a battlefield of high-tech battlefields in which hostile parties compete for the right to acquire, control and use information, use information technology, equip or System-implemented operations.
