脑动脉壁中膜平滑肌细胞的病理变化是高血压性脑血管病的发病基础.本文用透射电镜对易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHRSP)脑动脉中膜平滑肌层进行定性、定量分析,实验用健康雄性SD大鼠70只、体重90一110g/只,随机分组:1.实验组(35只):用双肾双夹法复制RHRSP模型;2.对照组(35只):行假手术.分别于术后1周、4周、12周处死动物,取双侧大脑中动脉起始处,基底动脉分叉处进行电镜观察.1.定性结果:对照组血管内皮细胞完整,细胞间连接紧密,内弹力膜完整,中膜平滑肌细胞排列规则,无变性,坏死;实验组
