将两根矩形钢管直接焊接形成新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件,进行了8组共16个T形钢管混凝土组合构件的抗弯试验,分析了含钢率、剪跨比、截面尺寸等参数对新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件抗弯性能的影响,比较了新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件和传统T形钢管混凝土组合构件的抗弯性能.运用有限元软件ABAQUS对构件的弯矩-挠度曲线进行了全过程分析,数值分析结果与试验结果符合良好,两者的承载力差值在5%以内.提出了新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件抗弯极限承载力的计算公式,并运用该公式计算了5组试件的弯曲极限承载力,计算结果与试验结果误差最大为14%,结果令人满意.
Two rectangular steel tubes were directly welded to form a new type of T-shaped CFST composite members. The bending test of 16 T-shaped CFST members in 8 groups was carried out. The effects of parameters including steel ratio, shear span ratio, T-shaped steel-pipe (CFST) composite members and the flexural behavior of the new T-shaped CFST members and the traditional T-shaped CFST members were compared.The bending moment-deflection curves of the members were analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS The results of the numerical analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the difference between the two is less than 5%. The formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the new T-shaped CFST is given and five groups The flexural ultimate capacity of the specimen, the calculated results and the experimental results of the maximum error of 14%, the results are satisfactory.
