用结晶紫染色法测定了肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)单独应用及与细胞因子γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和与抗肿瘤药物丝裂霉素(MMC)、阿霉素(DXR)、顺铂(CDDP)联合应用,对体外培养的人肺腺癌细胞株AGZY-83a细胞的抗增殖作用。结果表明,TNF-β有抗肺癌细胞增殖的作用,其强度为(36.6±4.3)%;与细胞因子或抗肿瘤药物伍用能增强其作用,在抗肿瘤药物中以与阿霉素配伍为最佳,抗增殖作用可达到(66.1±8.4)%。
The use of tumor necrosis factor-β (TNF-β) alone and in combination with cytokines interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and antitumor drugs was determined by crystal violet staining The anti-proliferative effects of MMC, DXR, and CDDP on human lung adenocarcinoma cell line AGZY-83a in vitro. The results showed that TNF-β had anti-proliferative effects on lung cancer cells with an intensity of (36.6±4.3)%. The use of TNF-β in combination with cytokines or antitumor drugs can enhance its effect, and it can be used as an antitumor drug. The optimal combination of antimyelosin was anti-proliferative effect (66.1±8.4)%.
