高层建筑技术排水施工工程量大、施工难度大,给水水压问题、异味问题等都是施工中的常见问题,此外,还存在雨水系统独立性、美观性等易被疏忽的问题,对这些问题的处理目前已形成了相对成熟的一套施工技术,对问题的解决还需要结合实际灵活运用施工技巧,才能确保高层给水排水施工的安全、可靠,使高层建筑的使用价值得到更好的发挥。
