研究了羟乙基纤维素醋酸酯 (HECA)与己内酯 -环氧丙烷共聚物共混物膜的生物降解过程 ,发现共混物膜的生物降解性能与其组成密切相关。共混膜的降解速率随着己内酯 -环氧丙烷共聚物含量的增加而加快。共混物膜的生物降解是从表面开始进行的 ,并逐步深入到共混物膜的内部。在降解过程中 ,分子量较小的部分首先开始降解 ,而且降解的速度较快。分子量高的部分降解较慢 ,控制着整个共混膜的降解速率。 The biodegradation process of HECA / caprolactone-propylene oxide copolymer blends was studied. It was found that the biodegradability of blends was closely related to their composition. The degradation rate of blend membranes accelerated with the increase of caprolactone-propylene oxide copolymer content. Biodegradation of the blend film begins at the surface and progresses further into the interior of the blend film. In the degradation process, the smaller molecular weight part begins to degrade first, and the degradation rate is faster. High molecular weight part of the slow degradation, control the degradation rate of the entire blend membrane.
