目的:研究益生六君汤对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠抗氧化功能。方法:小鼠随机分配到各个组,颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖(1.2 g/kg)造模30 d,同时用益生六君汤和高丽参给药30 d。之后,腹主动脉分离血清并摘除心脏,肝脏和脑组织测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)酶活性与丙二醛(MDA)的含量。体外模型中检测益生六君汤对过氧化脂质MDA的抑制作用和对超氧阴离子(O2.-)与羟基自由基(.OH)的清除率。结果:体内实验提示,与模型组比较,益生六君汤各剂量组MDA的含量降低,SOD和GSH-Px的活性明显升高。体外实验显示,益生六君汤对氧自由基有高清除能力并能有效抑制过氧化脂质MDA的生成。结论:益生六君汤具有明显的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative function of Yishengliujun decoction on D-galactose-induced aging mice. Methods: The mice were randomly assigned to each group. D-galactose (1.2 g / kg) was subcutaneously injected into the back of the neck for 30 days. The rats were given Yishengliujun Decoction and ginseng for 30 days. After that, the serum was separated from the abdominal aorta and the heart, liver and brain were removed for determination of the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA). The inhibitory effect of Yishengliujun decoction on lipid peroxidation MDA and the clearance rate of superoxide anion (O2.-) and hydroxyl radical (.OH) were detected in vitro. Results: In vivo experiments showed that compared with the model group, the content of MDA in each dose group of Yishengliujun Decoction decreased and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased obviously. In vitro experiments show that Yishengliujun decoction has high clearance ability of oxygen free radicals and can effectively inhibit the formation of lipid peroxidation MDA. Conclusion: Yisheng Liujun decoction has obvious anti-oxidation effect.
