柑桔黄龙病(国际上称为柑桔青果病)的诊断,目前还是主要依靠症状和电镜超薄切片法,前者易引起误诊,后者操作复杂,费时,并且由于在病株中病原细菌(或称类细菌、类立克次氏体等)浓度低,分布不均匀,造成检出率低,故十分需要寻找一种快速可靠的诊断方法,借鉴于植物病毒成功地利用血清学方法作诊断。我们试图也用血清学方法对本病进行早期快速诊断。利用血清学作诊断首先必须解决病原提纯问题,这就是本试验的目的。

We also tried to use serological methods for early diagnosis of this disease. The use of serological diagnosis must first solve the problem of pathogen purification, which is the purpose of this experiment.
