[目的]通过肺癌患者术后的营养治疗,观察机体营养状况和免疫功能变化。[方法]对28例肺癌手术患者进行营养支持,测定营养状况和淋巴细胞亚群的术前术后变化。[结果]营养支持后28例肺癌患者KPS评分>70分人数达82.1%,术后的营养状况(PA和TFN)、淋巴细胞亚群等指标明显升高,并有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]营养支持对肺癌手术患者改善营养状况和淋巴细胞亚群的免疫系统,具有临床应用价值。
[Objective] To observe the nutritional status and immune function of patients with lung cancer after nutritional therapy. [Methods] Twenty-eight patients with lung cancer underwent nutritional support and the changes of nutritional status and lymphocyte subsets were measured before and after operation. [Results] The nutritional status of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher (P <0.05). The nutritional status (PA and TFN) and lymphocyte subsets were significantly increased in 28 patients with KPS (70.1% ). [Conclusion] Nutritional support for patients with lung cancer to improve nutritional status and lymphocyte subsets of the immune system, with clinical value.
