2002年,北京现代进程明显加快。但应认识到,一些因素制约了北京现代化发展。这些因素并不能完全通过指标反映出来,需要进行分析才能得出结论。
In 2002, the modern process in Beijing accelerated noticeably. However, it should be recognized that some factors have constrained Beijing’s modernization. These factors can not be fully reflected in the indicators and need to be analyzed in order to draw conclusions.
