利用61个杂交组合的4523株F_1代实生苗用以研究柑桔溃疡病抗性的遗传。于8月对温室培育的4月龄F_1代实生苗进行叶片接种溃疡病菌。利用作者的早期检测法(松本等,1988)鉴定实生苗的抗性。接种后100~120天测定叶片上的病斑大小。根据病斑大于还是小于中抗的日本夏橙珠心系实生苗的病斑来确定实生苗的抗病性。61个组合的F_1代分离比率表明了该抗性是由一对显性等位基因控制的。日向夏、椪柑、温州蜜柑、土佐文旦的基因型为显性纯合基因;香橙,甜春、清见、八朔、日本夏橙、克虽曼丁桔、平户文旦的基因型为杂合基因;福原甜橙、葡萄柚和克来门特桔橙则为隐性纯合基因。在田间条件下,经上述的早期检测法测定,结果表明:显性纯合体和杂合体品种的溃疡病抗性表现高抗至中感,中感品种表现类似日本夏橙的溃疡病抗性,而隐性纯合体品种表现为敏感,在田间表现为感病至高感。因此,利用幼苗的早期检测法获得的结果与田间观察结果基本一致。这证实了可以利用日本夏橙区分实生苗表现抗性或敏感。同时探讨了该抗性基因与有关的内源抗性物质之间可能存在的关系。
A total of 4523 F1 generation seedlings from 61 hybrid combinations were used to study the inheritance of citrus canker disease resistance. In August, four-year-old F1 generation seedlings were cultivated in greenhouse and inoculated with canker. Genotypes of japonica, mandarin orange, satsuma mandarin, and tazobutan were dominant homozygous genotypes; genotypes of orange, sweet spring, clear see, eight moon, summer orange, Genes; Fuyuan sweet orange, grapefruit and Clementine oranges are recessive homozygous genes. Under field conditions, the results of early detection indicated that the dominant and heterozygous varieties showed high resistance to susceptibility to ulcer disease, moderate susceptibility to summer orange resistance to ulcer disease, The recessive homozygous species showed sensitivity, the performance of the highest sense of the disease in the field. Therefore, the results obtained by early detection of seedlings are basically consistent with the field observations. This confirms that the use of Japanese summer orange to distinguish seedlings from being resistant or sensitive. The possible relationship between the resistance gene and the related endogenous resistant substances was also discussed.
