Seshadri(1962)和Hammons(1973)对花生(Arachis hypogaea L.,2n=40)小叶的变异已作了评述。业已证明品种间杂交得到的自发的小叶突变体是单基因和双基因遗传的。一个诱发的小叶突变体有25%奇数羽状复叶而且改变了遗传分离。在另一试验中也分离出一个小叶大小与之相似的突变体,其花色不像奇数羽状复叶突变体和亲本那样呈桔黄色而呈浅黄色。本文比较了上述两个诱发突变体的形态特征和遗传行为。
Seshadri (1962) and Hammons (1973) reviewed the lobular variation in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L., 2n = 40). It has been demonstrated that spontaneous leaflet mutants obtained by crossing between cultivars are single- and double-genetically inherited. One induced leaflet mutant had 25% odd pinnate and altered genetic segregation. In another experiment, a mutant with a leaflet size similar to that of the mutant was also isolated. Its floral color is not as bright yellow as the odd-pinnate mutant as the parent. This article compared morphological characteristics and genetic behaviors of the two induced mutants.
