近年来,随着上海医疗事业的发展,不少医院在筹建直线加速器室的建设中,普遍遇到的一个技术问题是用作防射线的遮蔽体采用何种材料?传统的铅板或钢板等重金属材料,往往由于价格昂贵、构造复杂等原因,使得设计人员非常为难,现在工程界基本倾向选择具有较强防射线性能的重晶石混凝土。最近,上海胸科医院的地下直线加速器室的顶盖部遮蔽体,就是选择能屏蔽吸收γ射线和削弱中子能力的重晶石混凝土作为防辐射材料。
In recent years, with the development of Shanghai’s medical industry, many hospitals have encountered a technical problem commonly encountered in the construction of linear accelerator rooms. What kind of materials are used as shields against radiation? Traditional lead plates or steel plates, etc. Heavy metal materials are often very difficult for designers because of their high price and complex structure. Now the engineering community is basically inclined to choose barite concrete with strong anti-ray properties. Recently, the top cover part of the underground linear accelerator room of Shanghai Chest Hospital was selected as a radiation protection material that can shield barite concrete absorbing γ-rays and impairing neutrons.
