图1所示之薄板斜面工件,系用长750×宽60×厚10mm之薄板坯料,在刨床上加工出10°斜面的。因工件长而薄,采用常规办法装夹来加工10°斜面比较困难。为此,我们使用了图2所示之薄钢板件斜面刨夹具。夹具体上的压紧组件(包括件号6、7、8、9、10、11)和定位组件(包括件号3、4、5),各有三组,相对布置。薄钢板坯件装夹时,一端靠住止推螺钉2,一侧面靠在件3硬质合金楔铁上,再旋紧螺母7,即可开始加工。此刨夹具结构简单,使用方便,工件夹紧后十分可靠。
