1设施简介热风烘房属热风循环烘干设施。由供热系统、通风排湿系统、智能化控制系统、物料室和加热室等5大系统组成,其中物料室与加热室为烘房主体,可采用砖混结构或保温彩钢板拼装结构。操作方式为电气控制、批次作业。供热系统是为烘房提供洁净的热空气;采用强制通风,热风循环的方式进行热力传递和湿热交换,并在作业过程中按各农产品的工艺要求排出物料室的潮湿空气,同时补充
1 Introduction hot air drying room is a hot air circulation drying facilities. It consists of five major systems, namely heating system, ventilation and dehumidification system, intelligent control system, material room and heating room. The material room and heating room are the main body of the drying room, which can adopt brick-concrete structure or thermal insulation color steel plate to assemble the structure. The operation mode is electrical control, batch operation. The heating system is used to provide clean hot air for the drying room. The system uses forced ventilation and hot air circulation to transfer heat and heat and exchange heat and moisture. During the operation, the moist air in the material room is discharged according to the technical requirements of each agricultural product.
