目的:探讨中老年人的血清钙调节激素水平及其与骨量的关系。方法:对250名中老年人进行血清睾酮、雌二醇、总甲状腺素、降钙素、完整的甲状旁腺素(1-PTH)和骨密度测定。比较上述血清钙调节激素随着年龄的增长,其变化与骨量下降的关系。结果与结论:随着年龄的增长,血清睾酮、雌二醇、总甲状腺素和降钙素水平逐渐下降,甲状旁腺素逐渐升高。其中骨量与睾酮、雌二醇、总甲状腺素呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.205、0.150、0.147,均为P<0.05。提示中老年人血清钙调节激素水平变化与原发性骨质疏松症的发生、发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum calcium regulating hormone and bone mass in middle and old aged people. Methods: Serum testosterone, estradiol, total thyroxine, calcitonin, intact parathyroid hormone (1-PTH) and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured in 250 middle-aged and old people. Compared with the above serum calcium-regulating hormone with age, the relationship between changes and bone mass decline. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Serum testosterone, estradiol, total thyroxine and calcitonin levels gradually decreased with increasing age, and parathyroid hormone gradually increased. The bone mass was positively correlated with testosterone, estradiol and total thyroxine, with correlation coefficients of 0.205, 0.150 and 0.147, respectively, all P <0.05. Tip middle-aged and elderly serum calcium regulating hormone levels and primary osteoporosis occurrence and development.
