在新课程理念下重视和研究心理障碍理论,有助于塑造健康的体魄和完美的人格。有助于学生正确认识自己,有助于引导他们在出现心理障碍后,如何能化消极因素为积极因素。本文就探索中学生在体育与健康教学中的心理障碍入手,分析心理障碍的成因,目的在于找出体育与健康教学中消除学生心理障碍的方法,以便在体育与健康教育活动中尽可能避免不利于学生健康的因素的发生,不断培养学生健康的心理品质,使学生健康成长。
Under the new curriculum concept, attention and research of psychological barriers theory helps to create a healthy body and perfect personality. Help students to correctly understand themselves, help to guide them in the event of psychological barriers, how can negative factors as a positive factor.
