本文研究了淬火后在75~250℃的时效对Cu-26.23Zn-3.92A1-0.033B(wt.%)形状记忆合金的马氏体相变和形状记忆效应的影响。电阻测量发现,时效导致M_s点下降。这种影响的原因与时效过程中β_1母相内进行的a_1贝氏体的脱溶过程密切有关。由M_s 点与时效温度和时间的关系图求得导致M_s 点下降的热激活过程的激活能约为52—59kJ/mol。在a_1贝氏体析出前,上述时效对应力诱发马氏体的临界应力——σ~(P→M)、单向和双向形状记忆效应等均无明显影响。
In this paper, the effect of aging at 75-250 ℃ on martensitic transformation and shape memory effect of Cu-26.23Zn-3.92A1-0.033B (wt.%) Shape memory alloy after quenching was studied. Resistance measurements showed that aging resulted in a decrease in M_s point. The reason for this effect is closely related to the desolventizing process of a_1 bainite in the β_1 matrix during the aging process. The activation energy of the thermal activation process resulting in the decrease of M_s point is found to be about 52-59 kJ / mol from the relationship between the M_s point and the aging temperature and time. Before a_1 bainite precipitation, the above aging had no significant effect on the stress-induced martensitic critical stress - σ ~ (P → M), unidirectional and bidirectional shape memory effects.
