超声导波技术可以用于高速公路护栏立柱埋地深度的准确快速的检测。研究了自由立柱和部分埋地护栏立柱中低频纵向超声导波的传播特性,并选取了30~60 kHz的L(0,1)模态对自由立柱和部分埋地立柱进行了检测试验,试验结果表明低频纵向超声导波可以有效地测量出高速公路护栏立柱的埋地深度,检测的最大相对误差在5%以内,完全满足工程检测需要。
Ultrasonic guided wave technology can be used for accurate and rapid detection of the buried depth of highway guardrail post. The propagation characteristics of middle and low frequency longitudinal ultrasonic guided waves of free-standing columns and partially buried guardrails were studied. Free-standing columns and partially buried columns were tested with L (0, 1) modal at 30-60 kHz. The results show that the low-frequency longitudinal ultrasonic guided wave can effectively measure the buried depth of the highway guardrail column, and the maximum relative error of detection is within 5%, which fully meets the need of engineering inspection.
