春去春又来,浦东开发开放走进了第17个春天。回望一路风尘,浦东开发开放犹如惊涛拍岸,激荡华夏,声震环宇,谱写出一出又一出改革发展的华彩乐章。站在新的历史起点上,浦东开发开放面临着许多新挑战、新机遇和新要求,只有紧紧咬住综合配套改革试点这个国家战略,才能与时俱进地发挥“龙头”作用。而从根本上说,就是要以科学发展观为统领,以改革创新为动力,以实现“四个率先”为载体,助推浦东经济社会发展。
