《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》指出:“改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流和合作的能力”。要求学生由被动接受向主动探究转变,由重结论向结论与过程并重转变,由重知识向重方法转变,由应试教育向终身学习转
Basic Education Curriculum Reform (for Trial Implementation) states: “Changing course implementation places too much emphasis on learning, rote memorization and mechanical training, encouraging students to participate actively, exploring, diligently training students to collect and process information Abilities, ability to acquire new knowledge, ability to analyze and solve problems, and ability to communicate and cooperate. ” The students are required to change from passive acceptance to active inquiry, from the re-conclusion to both the conclusion and the process, from heavy knowledge to heavy method, from examination-oriented education to lifelong learning
