新一轮的课程改革在农村成了强弩之末。从教育行政、校长乃至教师,这场教育改革并没有达到预期的要求,教育行政的基层领导对课程改革并不是很支持,教师们尽管参加了课程改革的培训,但多数教师对课程改革持抵制态度。只有少数教师通过自觉的专业发展、教学反思,并凭借强烈的职业道德责任感,才贯穿了部分新课程改革的理念。
A new round of curriculum reform has become a spent force in the countryside. From educational administration, principals and even teachers, the education reform did not meet the expected requirements. The grassroots leaders in educational administration did not support the curriculum reform. Teachers, despite participating in the training of curriculum reform, resisted the reform of the curriculum attitude. Only a few teachers through part of the professional development of the new curriculum, teaching reflection, and by virtue of a strong sense of professional ethics, runs through some of the concepts of the new curriculum reform.
